21. How to reset your mindset and build resilience with Raiyan Abu.

by | Aug 16, 2019

Raiyan Abu is one of the most positive people I’ve ever met. She recently moved to Halifax from Nigeria, started a seafood exporting business and is a mindset reset coach. Her focus is helping women become leaders in business and in their careers. Raiyan hasn’t had an easy life.  She’s used every single challenge as an opportunity to build resilience, move forward and create bigger opportunities for herself.

She shares how you can do this by resetting your mindset.  We also chatted about motherhood and Raiyan’s perspective is not one I’ve heard very often in Canada. She believes in building a career for your family and she’s built her business around this concept. She never feels like she has to choose work over family because of this perspective. This mindset reset was refreshing and one that all working mothers need to hear.
